Mission

1. To contribute to the literary and cultural excellence.
2. Improving the knowledge of Hindi in depth by conducting special lectures & Seminar in classroom, assignments and best practices (Felicitating Toppers of Hindi).

Brief History of the Department:

Hindi department is one of the basic departments of our institution..The dept has always encouraged and motivated the students for Hindi spoken skills. The Dept celebrates "Hind Diwas" every year to create awareness about our National Language. The Dept organizes expert lectures for the exposure of Hindi Language. The Dept also Organizes Student seminar regularly to encourage the students to speak fluently in Hindi.

Dr. Nazirunnisa. S. M.A, M.Phil., Ph.D Assistant Professor & HOD, Department of Hindi. Dr. Nazirunnisa.S. M.A. M.Phil,Ph.D. She is having 15 years experience, she served as BOE and BOS member of Davangere University and also contributed her service as chairman of Department of Hindi at Govt Arts college (autonomus).She has published nearly 15 research papers/articles and has attended state and national level conferences. She has also visited different colleges as resource person.
